Awesome 5-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cowes VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ or have a splash in the pool. This property can accommodate up to 19 people with 5 rooms and 14 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

This is a comfortable family & pet friendly home with five spacious bedrooms in Cowes. Some of the many features of this home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The central hallway provides access to all the bedrooms, including the large master bedroom with walk through robe and ensuite (with a double shower and vanity) plus the laundry and main bathroom with shower and bath plus separate toilet. The large kitchen (with WIP) is designed for entertaining and overlooks the main open plan dining and living room featuring a pool table, smart TV and a coonara wood heater. The second living room is a convenient space with a second TV and additional seating.

Outdoor Areas

Step outside the main living area to a covered patio with seating for 19 people, overhead heater, outdoor kitchen (with plumbed-in gas BBQ) and a separate externally-accessed powder room. This area features a solar heated plunge pool (4.3m x 2.3m, 1.3m deep), a separate 5-6 seater gas heated spa and sunken firepit for un-paralleled entertainment. All down the side of the property is an enclosed space perfect for children and pets; complete with toys, trampoline and play equipment. The large double garage (drive through) has a fold up table tennis table and there is additional parking available in the driveway for more cars or a boat.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi Pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, two large fridges (both with freezers), dishwasher, 900mm electric oven and 5 burner gas cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The main living room has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner and coonara wood heater, plus there are 4 portable heaters and 4 portable fans for use in all bedrooms. The rear covered patio has a ceiling mounted heater and a fire pit.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 13 beds plus a fold out bed, accommodating up to 19 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Double bed and two sets of Single Bunk beds
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: One Tri-bunk and one Single Trundle bed
Bedroom 5: One Double bed and one set of Single Bunk beds

There is also a single fold out futon style bed in the living area that will sleep one adult or child.

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
