We require at least one iCal link to access your calendar on HomeAway, Airbnb and others. If your calendar is not kept up to date in one particlar iCal, we can import multiple calendars if need be.
We use these links to download the availabilty for your property several time per day.
We don't need anything here if you use Yesbookit, HomHero, NewBook, Ciirus or beds24.
If you do not use one of these systems, we will need your tariffs so we can provide quotes to potential guests. Please complete our tariff table after submitting your listing request.
Do you have any ancillary charges? Such as cleaning, booking, or a pet fee? Do you charge a bond? We don't charge the bond but do mention it.
We default our listings to a maximum of 2 pets for each property. Do you allow a specific number for your properties? If you do not, we set it as maximum of 4. If you don't have a maximum but for certain propeties there is, we can gather that from the description.
Do you allow pets inside the home? Do you default to not allowed inside and specify in property descriptions if they are? Or the other way round. Are pets allowed inside but not on the furniture? Anything else?
Do you charge a pet fee? The connections to YesBookit, Newbook, etc, do not include pet fees in their quotes. However we can put these in your account so they can be charged. We can facilitate a pet fee per stay, a fee per pet. If you do charge a pet fee, please let us know how much it is and if it's per stay or per pet.
We need these so we can transfer booking deposits to you. We collect a deposit on bookings and leave you to collect any balance.
