We require the iCal link/s to access your calendar on HomeAway, Airbnb and others. We can import multiple calendars if need be. We use these links to download the availabilty for your property several time per day.
We don't need your tariffs if you use Yesbookit, HomHero, NewBook, Ciirus or beds24 as we will have access to there through their API.
If you do not use one of these systems, we will need your tariffs so we can provide quotes to potential guests. Please complete our tariff table after submitting your listing request.
Do you have any ancillary charges? Such as cleaning, booking, or a pet fee? Do you charge a bond? We don't charge the bond but do mention it.
If you charge a pet fee it can be set as a charge per stay or as a charge per pet per stay. Please enter an amount for one or theother, but not both.
We usually ask for a 50% deposit when a booking is made. We add our fees to this deposit amount and pay the deposit, sans our fees, to your bank account when it clears ours. Usually the next day.
When is the ballance due on your bookings - number of days prior to check in? If the check in date is prior to the balance due date we will charge the full amount at booking time, otherwise we leave collection of the balance to you.

We default our listings to a maximum of 2 pets for each property. Do you allow a specific number for your properties? If you do not, we set it as maximum of 4. If you don't have a maximum but do for certain properties, we can gather that from the description.
Do you allow pets inside the home? Do you default to not allowed inside and specify in property descriptions if they are? Or the other way round. Are pets allowed inside but not on the furniture? Anything else?
We need these so we can transfer booking deposits to you. We collect a deposit on bookings and leave you to collect any balance.
