Tucked away off the Great Alpine Road near Mount Hotham, the property accommodates up to six guests and is pet friendly. Enjoy home comforts with easy access to Harrietville's amenities, cafes, and the Ovens River. A short drive to Bright or Mount Hotham adds to its appeal.

This new, two-bedroom house features a well-equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining room, a great outdoor entertaining space plus a carport for one car. The kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The open plan living area opens onto an alfresco dining area with outdoor setting and BBQ.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite, which is fully equipped for guests with special needs including a shower chair and handrails. While the large 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and a set of bunks.

There are two bathrooms, the ensuite with a toilet and shower and the main bathroom with shower over spa bath and toilet.

To enhance your experience, this property offers an EV charger for your electric car and a St. Bernards shed for your e-bikes, as well as convenient storage for skis and snowboards during the winter season. We recommend bringing your own padlock, as one is not provided on the premises.

A couple of things we'd like our guests to know: there's no coffee machine provided at this property and it has a shared driveway.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to notify the property manager after booking. if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will apply.

Bunk Beds:

Kindly be advised that due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed.

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the property manager.
Their office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile within 24hrs of arrival.
They will require photo evidence to support any claim.

Pets are allowed inside the home, however not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.

Relaxing, neat, tidy, well positioned, accommodating, fantastic views from the back deck and a few hundred metres from the ovens river, bars, bakery and restaurants.
