When the urge strikes to be in the ocean, grab a towel and walk a few minutes over to Culburra Beach, sink your toes into the golden sands of one of the South Coast’s finest beaches. Swim, surf, or just float in crystal clear water and dry off under the shining sun whilst the kids splash in the waves.

Return to the comfort of your abode to rinse off and enjoy lunch cooked and eaten in the air conditioning, or out on the BBQ with the sea breeze and sunshine and sounds of birdlife. Or recline in front of the television for your fix of Netflix with two seperate living rooms. The backyard has enough space for a game of catch with your four-legged friends, or you can have a quiet read on the deck chairs with views of the ocean.

When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm in the Kitchen or on the BBQ and dine inside in the light-filled seaside interior or out on the deck with your tunes on the Bluetooth speaker, encircled by surrounding trees in your own private oasis.

Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; the entire area is beautiful and has plenty of walking tracks, and plenty of beaches within a short driving distance. If there’s a fisher in the family, Culburra Beach is a fisherman’s secret paradise, with plenty of opportunities for offshore, sea kayaking and beach fishing. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are plenty of water sports activities to try from jet skiing, surfing, water skiing or SUP with plenty of options to explore from the vast beaches to the calm waters of Curleys Bay, Crookhaven River, Tilbury Cove or Lake Wollumboola.

There’s so much to see and do, and however you spend your time in this beautiful vista, this home will ensure you make happy memories to last a lifetime.

  • Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear. Front garden unfenced.
  • Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room (main), living room (2nd) and dining room.
  • This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
  • We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
  • For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
  • After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
  • No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
  • We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

About Pets:

Pets are allowed inside the home. Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.
