• No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted. -This property is under Strata; 1) An owner or owner occupier of a neighbourhood lot shall not permit any visitor or guest to park or stand any motor vehicle on the neighbourhood property other than in the designated visitor car parking space 2) The owner or occupant is responsible for any garbage generated upon that neighbourhood lot which should be disposed of promptly in accordance with Shoalhaven city council. Bins should be stored away not visible from the road. 3) The owner of a domestic pet is responsible for cleaning up after the pet if it pollutes or damages any neighbourhood property.
