An open plan space beautifully styled with vintage prints of the Mediterranean with dining and lounge seating for 5 guests. Smart Tv plus AC located at the top of the stairs for cooling the whole home.

A lovely private, fully secure courtyard with outdoor seating for 4 and a gas barbecue.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Security Bond

A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

Arrival/Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties/Functions/Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

What a gorgeous property. Beautifully appointed and very tastefully decorated. I love that the owners have kept some retro fittings and complemented them with modern furnishings. The kitchen is amazing - it had everything we needed and more, with high quality glassware, crockery and appliances.
