You've found it! 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cape Woolamai VIC. This property can accommodate up to 9 people with 3 rooms and 6 beds at your disposal. This is a delightful family home in Cape Woolamai just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This lovely home is on two levels. The upper level has the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV, chromecast & bluetooth speaker) and provides access to the large Balcony. Down 6-7 internal stairs are the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), the recently renovated Bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet),

Bedroom 1 & 3 (each with BIR),
Bedroom 2 (with BIR & TV with chromecast) and a separate toilet off the Laundry.

Outdoor Areas

The upstairs Balcony (with BBQ & 8 seater table) overlooks the huge enclosed rear yard that is perfect for children and pets alike. The rear yard also features a Cubby with slide & firemans pole for the kids plus a dog kennel for your pet(s) and a firepit (some wood provided to get you started). The long driveway and covered carport at the front of the home provide parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat).

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living/Kitchen/Dining room, plus three additional stand-alone heaters and fans which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed

Bedroom 2: One Double bed and one set of Single bunks

Bedroom 3: One Queen bed

There is also a Double sofa bed in the living area suitable for 1 adult or child.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
