  • Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at the property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
  • Fencing: The property is fully fenced at the rear. -The Garage is not accessible to guests
  • Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
  • The property has an internal lift between levels for less mobile guests. Capacity of 4. Not wheelchair accessible in bedrooms up stairs. For your safety- Please ensure children are never using this unsupervised, as if the emergency button inside is pressed, the lift will stop and can only be released from the inside of the lift. Any associated service technician call outs for such instances of misuse will be billable to the guest.
  • Combined washing machine/dryer
  • We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
  • Pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
  • This property would be best suited to smaller pets only with limited courtyard space
  • After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
  • No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Relevant Strata By Laws to be observed by guests

  • Keeping of animals—circumstances of unreasonable interference For the purposes of the Act, section 137B(3), the circumstances in which the keeping of an animal unreasonably interferes with another occupant’s use and enjoyment of the occupant’s lot or the common property are— (a) the animal makes a noise that persistently occurs to the degree that the noise unreasonably interferes with the peace, comfort or convenience of another occupant
  • Noise- An owner or occupier of a lot must not create any noise on the parcel likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupier of another lot or of any person lawfully using common property. Must not use language or behave in a manner likely to cause offence or embarrassment to the owner or occupier of another lot or to any person lawfully using common property
  • Smoke Penetration- (1) An owner or occupier, and any invitee of the owner or occupier, must not smoke tobacco or any other substance on the common property. (2) An owner or occupier of a lot must ensure that smoke caused by the smoking of tobacco or any other substance by the owner or occupier, or any invitee of the owner or occupier, on the lot does not penetrate to the common property or any other lot.
  • Garbage disposal- occupier must ensure that before refuse is placed in the receptacle it is securely wrapped or, in the case of tins or other containers, completely drained, and (c) for the purpose of having the garbage collected, must place the receptacle within an area designated for that purpose by the owners corporation and at a time not more than 12 hours before the time at which garbage is normally collected, and (d) when the garbage has been collected, must promptly return the receptacle to the lot or other area referred to in paragraph (a), and (e) must not place any thing in the receptacle of the owner or occupier of any other lot except with the permission of that owner or occupier.
  • Vehicles- An owner or occupier of a lot must not park or stand any motor or other vehicle on common property except with the written approval of the owners corporation.

About Pets:

Pets are allowed inside the home. Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.
