All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and private, walking distance to the pub and general store. It had the most perfect yard for our border collie pup! We were given complimentary early check in and late check out which was a great bonus. We will definitely be back, couldn’t recommend enough!

The quality appliances & fixtures & fittings, great design to capture the winter sun, superbly decorated etc. But the cottage offered much much more. Werona is in a tiny secret hamlet called Burrawang. The village is a hidden gem, where the highlight is the upmarket English styled pub & beer garden. This was a short 200 metres away & is the hub of the little village. We stayed midweek, and to our surprise it was open 24/7, with a buzz & people at any time. What a surprise. We had sunset drinks in the beer garden one night watching the sun set over the distant hills (we felt we were back in the magic of North Yorkshire hills again). We also decided not to cook & instead popped down for the tasty pub specials each night. Burrawang is more central to outdoor activities than Bowral. We skipped the usual Bowral activities & were spoilt for choice with national park walks, bike rides etc. Also it is a short drive to Kangaroo Valley/coastal beaches etc.

There was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in a beautiful part of the Southern Highlands. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a wood heater reverse cycle aircon, high-end appliances, very cosy beds all set in a lovely garden. Burrawang is a lovely, little village with a great pub with good food and also a very nice coffee shop.
