Bedroom 1

King bed, TV,  storage in walk-in robe with plenty of shelving and hanging space, bedside tables, ceiling fan for summer and heater for winter. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2

Queen Bed with wardrobe, bedside tables and full length mirror. There is also a ceiling fan for summer and oil heater for the cooler nights.

Bedroom 3

2x singles beds, bedside drawers, lamps & wardrobe. Ceiling fan and oil heater for your comfort.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is shared between the minor bedrooms and features a shower, bath, and vanity. A hairdryer is also provided.

Laundry

The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There’s an outdoor courtyard with clothesline just off from this room. 

Outdoor Alfresco 

Fully enclosed outdoor entertaining with Webber BBQ, dining table and chairs along with an additional lounge section

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
