The cottage has a spacious light-filled living area with a view of the pool and comfy seating. There is a second seating area with a lounge and large TV. The kitchen is cosy, but has everything you need to make meals whilst on holiday including a coffee machine and a breakfast bar.

The separate studio is delightful, with a double bed, a lovely ensuite with a washing machine and there is a comfortable living area with a kitchenette. The kitchenette overlooks the pool and has sliding doors opening onto an undercover alfresco area with bar table seating and BBQ.

Spend your mornings and afternoons relaxing by the pool or head out for some adventure in Sawtell village at the many shops and cafes and even a cinema just a short walk away.

If you’re on the Coffs Coast for a workcation, you’ll find working from this home a pleasure with WIFI provided.

Walk to the headland and take in the spectacular views or perhaps head to the picturesque ocean pool for a swim, or Sawtell Golf Club. There’s plenty to do here.

The property is located in Sawtell, just a 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from Sawtell Village. It is a 10-minute drive from Coffs Harbour Airport for easy travel from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. It is a 6-minute drive from Toormina Gardens Shopping Centre with Coles, Woolworths and Kmart plus 48 speciality stores and services.

Laura’s Beach Cottage and Studio is located just 10kms from the beautiful Coffs Central Shopping Centre with Endota Day Spa, and is just 14kms from The Big Banana and an easy drive to other attractions and beaches in Coffs Harbour.

PET-FRIENDLY:

This property is Pet-Friendly when you book the cottage and studio as one. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days).
