This is a tastefully decorated duplex with unspoiled views of Seven Mile Beach. You can catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the waves or, in the right season, whales migrating.

This couldn't be located any better. Being roughly 600 metres from the beaches in Gerroa, it makes this property an easy walk to and from the beach.

This property offers three spacious rooms with an en suite off the downstairs master bedroom. There is a separate bathroom upstairs with a bath and separate toilet. There is a comfortable family media room to enjoy your movies, and another sitting area that enjoys great sunsets in the afternoon and a warming sun during the day.

The sunny sitting room opens through to the kitchen and dining, which then opens to the enclosed deck. The outside deck captures the stunning ocean views and mountains to the south.
