We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.

About the home

This property is just metres from the Coronet Bay Beach through a stunning Banksia Grove and 2 minutes drive from the Coronet Bay Boat Ramp. The home has a front deck perfect for watching the breathtaking sunset and a rear deck designed for enjoying a BBQ with family & friends. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs is the 2nd living room (with TV & DVD player), the main bathroom (with bath & shower), a separate toilet, laundry with access out to the rear yard and bedrooms 2 and 3 (both with BIR). Upstairs is the lovely open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with TV & DVD player) which provides access to both the front and rear decks. Also on this floor is bedroom 1 with a walk-through robe and en-suite (with shower & toilet) plus another separate toilet.

Outdoor Areas

The fully covered front deck (with table & seating for 4) is perfect for watching sunsets and the huge fully covered rear deck (with table & seating for 10) is ideal for entertaining in a private space overlooking the fully enclosed rear yard where kids and pets can play. Pets are welcome inside too (but most definitely not on furniture please). The tandem carport and driveway provide parking for up to 3-4 vehicles or boats.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Aldi pod machine etc. plus a double sink, pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The upstairs living area has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner which warms the whole floor. There are also mobile heaters in both downstairs bedrooms and the downstairs living room.

Bedroom Configuration:

The home is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One set of Tri-bunks and one Single bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
