This home has all the attributes you would want in a beachside holiday home; it has ocean views, it's close to the beach and just a very short walk (3 mins) from the trendy cafes, restaurants and the buzzing atmosphere of Peregian Beach Village.
The open plan living area has sliding door access to a large wrap around balcony, which overlooks the pool at the front of the property. There are two bedrooms on the top level including the master suite, which has its own walk-through robe and ensuite bathroom with spa bath. Downstairs there are two more single bedrooms with an adjoining rumpus / TV room with sofa bed.
With a fully fenced backyard great for your furry friend & the kids to play.

Very comfortable clean and spacious house with a large, beautiful pool. Large deck with ocean views, close to beach and shops. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed. We hope to return again soon.
The house was comfortable and nicely furnished externally and internally including the kitchen and kitchen utensils. Would stay here again.
Lots of space, close to the beach and a few minutes walk from Peregian village. Fully fenced back yard and great to be able to take our two small dogs.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property managers were great, too. Fantastic location.
