About the home

This is a stunning modern family home in Cowes, set on a huge 900 sqm block and only a short distance from the Silverleaves Store, Golf club, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Some of the features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The master bedroom has a WIR and ensuite (with double vanity, shower & toilet), and provides direct access to the private courtyard. The other three bedrooms (each with BIR) share access to the large main bathroom (with shower & bath) and a separate toilet. The central open plan kitchen (with stone benchtops) and dining room (with TV) flows directly out onto the expansive undercover entertainment area, while the two separate living areas (each with a smart TV) provide plenty of space to spread out. The garage also has a fold out table tennis table as well.

Outdoor Areas

The enormous covered alfresco entertaining area (6m x 6m; with 10 seater outdoor setting and ceiling fan) looks out onto the enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children or pets alike (pets to please remain outdoors). The huge double garage also provides internal access into the home and the back yard. At the rear of the block is the second garage that has a separate toilet. The second driveway down the side of the home (with double gates) is perfect for parking additional cars or boats.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. sink, enormous walk in pantry, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm gas oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is perfectly serviced by ducted cooling and heating throughout, zoned for living and bedrooms.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12:

Bedroom 1: One King bed

Bedroom 2: One Double bed

Bedroom 3: One Queen bed

Bedroom 4: Two sets of Single Bunks

The rear living room has a Queen size sofa bed suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
