We are a group of 7 women in our 40's who go away for one weekend a year together and this house was great for us. Lots of care and thought has gone into the details and it was 'walk in ready to go'. Very clean, secure and well appointed with lots of room to spread out, we really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Beautiful rural views from both levels, a great size back yard with lots of kangaroos in the distance. A short easy walk to the main street of Normanville with plenty of lovely shops and cafes to explore. The courtesy bus took us all to the Yankallila hotel and home again so we could all enjoy a lovely night out with dinner and cocktails (with special thanks to our driver Leon!). Very happy to recommend this property and thank you to Ray White Normanville for making the whole experience so easy and great value for money.

You will also find the main bathroom and three other bedrooms downstairs which are made up of 2 queen size beds, 2 sets of bunks and 2 mattresses. All bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans for those hot summer nights.
The back yard was designed with comfort and entertaining in mind. You really are spoilt for choice with this back yard, presenting a beautiful pizza oven located under a newly constructed pergola featuring festoon lighting, fire pit, manicured lawns fit for a golf course and its fully enclosed so that your little ones can roam free and making it pet friendly so that everyone can come on holidays!
This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing break away and was designed with comfort in mind, catering for all your needs and would suit all type of families, groups of friends, golfers, pet lovers and the list goes on…..The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space, the seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers for an easy connect for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.
In the surrounds enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos in the morning and evening, horses, numerous native birds, foxes, hares and rabbits.
Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. We had such a great stay at his house. The views were a amazing and the backyard kept the children busy. It was very clean, modern and had everything 2 families needed. We will be back!!
We couldn’t fault the property at 22 Union in any way. Amazing house and backyard for the kids (and adults) to enjoy with everything you could need for a weekend away easily located. The view of the golf course, local wildlife and hills are pretty unique too. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for having us.
Just spent the past 5 days at this beautiful home with my family in celebration of a belated special birthday. Absolutely beautiful property with ample space for 9 of us (including 1 year old baby). Situated in a new residential area but with a feel of country as the backdrop is a beautiful farm, often visited by cows & kangaroos. Our grandchildren were so excited to say the least! All essentials and more were supplied. We were greeted with a huge Happy Birthday banner which was so thoughtful of the owners. We’ll definitely be recommending this property to our big Italian family & friends!
We stayed at House at Normanville for 2 nights as a quick getaway for both of us. What can I say the house brand new beautifully presented with all facilities required. The house sleeps 10 comfortably with 4 bedrooms one ensuite one full and 4 toilets in total. Back yard beautiful with fire pit and pizza oven. Perfect location to beach, town or golf great Cafe, pizza bar and pubs. Could not ask for better...the owners certainly take pride in this Perfect holiday home

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible, you can self cater with the lovely outdoor pizza oven or bbq available or just duck to the hotel as we did, due to the wet weather, and enjoy a night out.
