We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.
If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

About The Home
This is a two-story, pet friendly home, with water views, close to the beach, and restaurants in Rhyll.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Downstairs is the large open plan kitchen, dining/living room (flat screen TV, and DVD player) which provides access to the Patio.
On this level, you will find bedrooms 1 (with BIR), and 2, a laundry (with washing machine), and the main bathroom (with bath, shower and a separate toilet).
Upstairs consists of a huge communal bedroom opening onto a wide balcony with delightful views of the water.
The enclosed front and side yard is perfect for the kids and pets.
The BBQ is on the Patio on the ground floor.
Parking won’t be a problem, with a spacious driveway, a double garage and a carport providing ample parking for several cars.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. , plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.
Heating and cooling is all taken care of, there’s a reverse cycle air-conditioner, as well as a gas heater in the living area.
There are also electric coil heaters in the bedrooms.
The home is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Two Double beds and a Single bed Linen
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.
The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.
Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
