The living area is of a large open plan style with attractive parquetry flooring and a colourful leadlight window.
For your convenience the owners have offered the lock up garage ideal for storing your surfboards or even a small boat.
The family pooch is welcome and you will find a supply of doggy treats, a brush and tennis balls. The fences are only suitable for a small dog.

- Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
- Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Contact the property manager after booking to check availability and cost.
- This property is pet friendly. There may be a surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets.
- This property will consider bookings for Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply 7 days prior to the stay.

Great little beach house in a perfect location - 2 minute to the lake or Warrain beach. Or walk a little further (5 minutes) and you're at Culburra beach on the other side of the headland. Walk around the rocks at low tide and keep your eyes open for dolphins. The house is bright, clean and well equipped. There is a gate so it is ideal if you want to take your dog on holidays with you!
There's everything you need and it's not overstated. Just what you want from a beach house. We bring our dogs too and they wag their tails as soon as they get out of the car and realise we're back for another holiday!
Relaxing, clean and with all the comforts of home. Minutes from the beach on a quiet street. The perfect family retreat, with amenities close by in the town centre.

Fantastic accommodation for a family of 5. We had a very comfortable stay. A retro beach stay in a lovely location. Beds were even comfier than our own! Amenities are perfect. Everything you need for a young family, we will be returning in summer!

You'd thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible - right down to the sunscreen in the bathroom and spare dog bowls in the linen press!
