Upstairs: Master suite features a Queen size bed with heaps of BIR, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bathroom, lounge room with smart Television, dining and large open plan kitchen overlooking the ocean.
Downstairs: Bedroom 3 has Queen bed, bathroom with barn door, lounge with smart Television, dining & small kitchen, laundry in the garage with washer and dryer.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbor's. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

Kingscliff, Salt Village, and the Tweed Shire is magical. You will fall in love with the area.
Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes’ drive north and Byron Bay only 35 minutes south.

The location was great everything was walking distance from the villa. The layout of the villa was great very comfortable and clean. We will be staying there again highly recommended.

Loved our stay, as expected from the adds. Hard to fault. Only advice would be to provide basic cleaning equip such as broom and cleaning spray. After one week we really wanted to clean up a bit more but couldn’t. Not a big deal

It is a nice spacious apartment in a great location but there are so many simple issues that could be rectified at minimal costs Sleeps 6 people but 1 towel rack? Shower doesn’t seal, water leaks on the floor, No blinds at front so everyone can see u inside all day and night?? No heating or aircon, would be impossible to sleep during summer, we were cold in September with no heating, otherwise very clean and presentable, a little overpriced considering minimal appliances, one small tv,
