Situated only a few minutes drive from Dunsborough town centre yet feeling secluded, this is your perfect destination for a bit of RnR! 

The house is ideal for families alike travelling due to the house having 2 wings on either side. To the left you will find 2 bedrooms both overlooking the bush and one having an ensuite for convenience. The family bathroom is also along this hallway and services the other bedroom here. The right hand side of the house is newly built and boasts a huge lounge area overlooking the expansive garden and on a clear day you can see the ocean. Open the bi-folding doors to really encapsulate the view and get a sense of bringing the outdoors in. The master King bedroom and ensuite also over looks this vista and the minor bedrooms are located at the front of this wing with another family bathroom.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Perfect place for family celebration - fabulous outdoor comfortable chilling out area with great views down to the sea. Big bedrooms and bathrooms, everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of options to dine together. We enjoyed seeing the Roos arrive daily on the lawn - would recommend for friends and family time out

Perfect break in this idyllic spot. If you're looking for a perfect break in the Dunsborough this is it. The house is huge and easily accommodate two families. Plenty of space if like me you are travelling with teenagers.

Our recent long weekend was fantastic!! We were 2 families (parents and grandparents) of 8 adults and 2 children, so the 2 wing layout with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all was very convenient. The house was all you see in the photos… and more. Spotless, well appointed and well located to both Yallingup and Dunsborough. Beautiful outlook over local bush and manicured garden and grass area and pleasantly surprised by sea glimpses. Beautiful, stylish home while still being warm, relaxing and inviting. We would definitely re-book.
