Step back in time in this Palm Springs style home designed by a Los Angeles-architect in 1969. Featuring stunning original features like raked ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and funky spiral staircase.
Located only 350 metres walk through a nature track to the patrolled Fingal Bay surf beach with pristine waters, crystal white sands and the perfect swimming conditions for all ages. Tomaree National Park is only steps away, you can enjoy the new Coastal Walk all the way to Shoal Bay or Anna Bay and view the whales at Barry Park which is located at the south-eastern end of Fingal Bay Beach and wildlife including koalas along the track.
Stroll down the road to the Market Street shopping area where you can enjoy beautiful coffee, meals, and beer on tap at The Cellar Café, Market Street also has Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop, Take Away Cafe, and Petrol Station.
Elandra Fingal Bay has original mid-century vintage furnishings and polished concrete flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including dishwasher drawers, stainless steel family size fridge/ freezer, induction cooktop, filtered water, soda stream and Smeg coffee percolator.
Featuring three bedrooms over two levels, each with new Koala mattresses, with bedroom three located downstairs with an ensuite and a peaceful sitting area.
Bedrooms one and two are both located upstairs with bedroom one providing a King bed and access to the balcony to allow the sea breeze to flow though. Both the main bathroom and ensuite have funky mid-century features.
The dining and living area are also on the entry level and open out onto the large balcony with sunlounges and a gas BBQ. There is car parking for three cars (driveway and garage) as well as plenty of street parking. The property also provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer, tennis racquets and tennis balls.
There is a large garden out the back which is perfect for the fur baby to run around and a large inground pool that is currently not available to guests due to renovations – completion should be end of January 2024.
Please note there are no TVs at the property but plenty to do with games, books, and time to sit back and enjoy the student and company that surrounds you!
