Kitchen with dishwasher and electric appliances, Coffee machine – Delonghi. Laundry, BBQ, Highchair, Outdoor shower.

HEATING/COOLING:

Reverse cycle air conditioning in both living areas, combustion heater to the main lounge area, ceiling fans throughout.

CLEANING:

Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated in to the rental fee.

BEDDING:

All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.

Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Fleurieu Accommodation/Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential).
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel

We loved our stay in Carrickalinga. The house was even better than we expected. It was clean with new bathrooms and laundry. The house was well equipped with starter supplies of dishwashing tablets, oil. Coffee , tea etc. There is a hair dryer and tea towels and hand soaps, so no need to pack everything for the weekend. The outdoor deck was great for family dinners with a full sized BBQ. The kids enjoyed table tennis and on a future visit we would love to get the time to use the bikes supplied.
