About The Home
This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single story home with 2 separate living areas and a covered entertainment deck, pet friendly and located just 150m from Ventnor beach.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
This single-story home has a large open plan kitchen (with WIP), dining/living room.
From the dining room you can access the main living room (with smart TV, CD, DVD player, Wii Nintendo games console, and coonara-style wood heater) which provides access through to the large covered outdoor deck.
The master bedroom has WIR and en-suite (with shower, basin and toilet).
Bedroom 2 (with WIR) and 3 (with BIR) share a duel access bathroom (with shower, basin and toilet).
From the laundry there’s also an additional separate toilet.
The double garage has been turned into a games room with table tennis table, surfboards and kayak.
The enclosed front, back and rear yard is perfect for the kids and/or pets.
Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a sheltered deck with cafe blinds opening off the living room.
This delightful space is equipped with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting.
Ample parking is provided, with off-street parking in the spacious driveway for several vehicles, including a boat, and with the Cowes boat ramp within an easy 10-minute drive, this home will suit fishing and boating enthusiasts alike.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville Dripolator coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top as well as the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.
The home is equipped with a reverse-cycle split system unit in the living area.
There’s a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and there is a coonara-style wood heater in the living area, complete with fireguard and wood supplied.
The home is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Double bed
Bedroom 3: Two Double beds and a set of single bunks
There is also a fold-out Queen-size divan in the second living area suitable for two adults.
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.
The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.
Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
