Air conditioning will keep you cool. This property can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 rooms and 5 beds at your disposal. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick apartment,  1 Queen bed in main room, 2 Single beds each in the other bedrooms.

Ducted/evaporative air con cool only to every room and ceiling fans in living/dining room and all bedrooms.

TV and DVD player in lounge room.

Bath and separate shower in bathroom (semi-ensuite to main bedroom).

Washing machine in laundry with a separate toilet.

Microwave, fridge/freezer and stove/oven in well stocked kitchen with a small breakfast table.

Larger table in dining area and lounges for relaxing in.

BBQ and furniture on back outdoor area,  2 driveways one with single carport, other driveway with gate access to lawn backyard (good for boats and Dogs.) 

Fully enclosed backyard.

Centrally located close to beach and town.

(There is a pet gate to put across the laundry door so Pets are welcome to sleep inside if the need be due to weather, BYO DOG BED, however in the laundry only.)

Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

Pet Friendly, but STRICTLY no pets inside. $50 fee applies. Max 2 dogs.

Consumables i.e.soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

NO smoking inside the property.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied.

Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few.

So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Stunning location We really enjoyed our holiday but there are a few things which would have made it even better. The sheets in the main bedroom were threadbare. The lounge room furniture was very uncomfortable and needed replacing. All the beds needed replacing. It also needed a reverse cycle air conditioner. Sideway access very good it could be the best of the 3 units if the above problems were rectified.

Excellent Budget Accommodation Can highly recommend Mbale to anyone with pets. Just walk out the front door and you can see the Indian Ocean or just a short walk and you are there. Extremely good location not to far off the main road but far enough there is no traffic noise. Very clean with everything you would need and the price is amazing and the beds are comfortable. Loved our short stay and will definitely come back for a longer stay very soon.

very comfortable property. The villa is easy walking distance to all facilities. It was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms with heaps of storage. Would recommend.

lovely unit This is a very nice unit and would be great in the summer. Sadly the heating is not sufficent to make the unit warm in the winter. With a better heating system it would be the best unit we have ever rented. It is spacious and in a good location and just a short walk to the shops or the river.
