This three bedroom 1.5 bathroom holiday home in Exmouth is well equipped and close to town and children's play areas.
There are two queen beds and in the third room a single and a set of bunks.
Easily sleeps four adults and three children (or 5 adults and 2 children sharing a room.)
This is an older style block home with quirky decor, a practical kitchen and dining area, and a good outside verandah and BBQ.

It’s an older building, but all we needed. The design of the house helped it stay at a nice 24-26 degrees on the 39 degree days. It’s close to town and walking distance which was a huge bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
The home is in easy walking distance to town. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house has everything you need to self-cater. Beds were comfortable and sofas are the perfect size to lounge on. All communication was clear and timely. I would recommend this place to adventurous groups that need a comfortable base at the end of the day.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great yard for the dogs. Brilliant location so close to town can walk the pups in to grab a coffee in 5 mins. We’ll be back
