This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage close to Lovers Lane in Cowes.

Indoor Areas

The main living area features a large screen TV, reverse cycle split system and an open plan style kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen features an electric oven and hot plates.

The central bathroom has a shower over a hip bath and a separate toilet.


Outdoor Areas

The front yard is not enclosed, but the rear courtyard and side of the house are.

The long driveway has ample space for boat parking or 3+ cars.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The living area has a reverse cycle split system and

Bedroom 1 has a ceiling fan.

Bedroom Configuration

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed, one set of Single Bunks and one Single trundle bed

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times,  check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
