This spacious holiday home has it all really! Well presented with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. The open plan kitchen, dining and living is perfectly designed to suit large groups and has easy access to the very spacious fully under covered wrap around deck. Three bedrooms are all of generous size with the master having direct access to the deck and enjoys a lovely ensuite. This property is located at the end of a cul de sac on a quiet street, opposite a beautiful reserve and only a very short stroll to the beach.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families because of this. There is access to beach walks – short or long. Take stroll along this magnificent beach, and on past the sand dunes for a coffee at the Normanville beach cafe or just sit back and relax.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular for this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 5 minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse and restaurant, enjoy a game of golf. Then sit back for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Loved the property. Very spacious and lot of items in the kitchen pantry. Pet friendly property with the big balcony very much suited to our needs. Very quiet located well suited our needs. Lots of games, dvd's and books to spend a relaxing weekend. Would love to go back again in the future. Definitely a recommendation for everyone whi loves the quiet and serene environment on a holiday
Lovely house with 3 big bedrooms, good location and very well equipped. It is pet friendly but does not have a fenced garden/area, only the balcony.
This property was great and appropriate for all ages especially children. Great location near the beach, have a range of games including children toys.
Wood fire is lovely for this time of year. Range of games provided is awesome. Beds in singles room suited more for children. Private location in court. Great facilities for a group.
This house has large open space, is extremely well equipped and is in a great location. Highly recommend.
The house was spacious, comfortable and well set up. The verandah deck with views overlooking trees and beyond to the hills, with glimpses of the sea was stunning.
Slow start to the weekend. Place was not clean. Cleaner who came after initial complaint was friendly. Rental was very nice after initial false start. Very spacious. The check in criteria was a bit much, requesting everyone's name and mobile number who was staying. Then requesting my ID be sent via email which we have never done on any other bookings with different companies was annoying.
We had a great stay. The house is so well equipped with everything a family could need. It was so quiet and relaxing. Close to the beautiful beach. Will hope to be back one day soon

Excellent. Loved the spaciousness of the property and the facilities. They have thought of so many finer details to make the stay comfortable and homely (games for kids, blankets & throw rugs, the little nooks and secluded areas). We will book again!

Great place for people to relax, has everything you need for 6-8 people (it can accommodate 10 but that would be a squeeze). Nice lounge area leading onto a huge balcony. Will look into renting again in the summer!
