Beautifully crafted with raw timber and corrugated iron, this studio gives the ultimate sense of a rustic high country retreat, without sacrificing comfort or modern convenience. Beautifully designed with tall ceilings and a large living area, the main bed is tucked away in an open loft accessed by beautifully crafted timber stairs, and an additional queen bed nestles neatly below.

For those additional friends or family, there are 2 trundle beds available for use, or plenty of floor space.

The location is simply divine, with a view worthy of the Gods. Sip a glass of bubbles on the back patio and let your eyes feast on the natural beauty of the ultimate of hidden valleys. Home of a vastly successful tea plantation and ringed by hectares of wild bush trails, it offers the beautiful blend of open green farmland and untamed wilderness. Tucked away between Mount Porepunkah and Apex Hill, you will feel miles from anywhere and yet your only five minutes drive from town.

Whether a hang out with friends, a romantic retreat or a chance to indulge in some solitude, this mountain studio is the place of dreams.

We loved our stay at Quins Gap with our border collie, who had the best time of her life! Quirky and perfect for a stay away from the crowds in town, the barn was very clean, with excellent quality linen, comfy leather sofas, and views to die for. We loved sitting outside under the awning watching the sun set over the valley.

This accommodation has everything we look for when getting away for a week with our 2 bulldogs. Very spacious, clean and well equiped with all facilities needed. Definitely good value for money and affordable. Peaceful outdoor area to watch the sunset with a dog friendly environment. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hosts- Rod & Sue were lovely, laidback, friendly & accommodating. The property is set in the most beautiful setting & it’s wonderful we could bring our little dog. We loved it. However, the cleaner should be sacked. We had to wash all the pots, glasses, cutlery, plates etc. The microwave, fridge, toaster & table had crumbs & spills on/in them. Cleanliness was very disappointing but the hosts were helpful, came to clean & provided us with a few things we needed. Hosts & Place- Amazing!

Wonderful stay, would return in a heartbeat. Perfect location close to but out of town, a view that was quite simply stunning. A country feel with all the creature comforts we wanted (including free wifi). Some published photos must be older, and not accurate - shame since the reality is better than advertised, particularly outside - having been beautifully landscaped since then. Kitchen, Laundry and living areas all well stocked with everything we needed. Lovely interlude for us!
