Quality 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Sunderland Bay VIC. This property can accommodate up to 10 people with 4 rooms and 6 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Ceiling fans will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

COVID Cancellations/Changes

We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.

If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.
 

About The Home

This is a quality home with four spacious bedrooms in Sunderland Bay, just 50m from the Sunderland Bay beach.

Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home (small dogs only) are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This lovely home is spread over 3 levels.

The lower floor includes the kitchen (with small TV) and open plan dining area, laundry and main bathroom (with bath, shower and separate toilet).

Up 7 steps is the middle level which features the large living area with smart TV (plus DVD player, bluetooth sound system, movie library) and coonara wood heater.

The top level is another 7 steps up and includes a small landing plus all four bedrooms off a central hallway (Master bedroom has an en-suite).


Outdoor Areas

The huge enclosed rear deck is a perfect place for a BBQ and to enjoy all types of weather and overlooks the large fully enclosed yard - perfect for children and pets, and space enough to park a boat (accessible via the double side gate).

There is a garage in the back yard with a table tennis table, plus an outdoor shower.

There is a semi-covered front deck with space underneath for four cars to park under cover in the front carport.

Please note that pets are allowed outside only and no more than 2 small 2 dogs at the home.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso Pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, a large fridge plus a small wine fridge, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

Bedroom 1 and
Bedroom 4 have ceiling fans, and there are two additional portable fans.

There is a wall mounted heater in the kitchen/dining area and a coonara style wood heater in the main living room.

Bedding Configuration

Yhe home is set up to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed

There is also a fold out divan in the main living room.

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
