This is a family friendly holiday townhouse with room for a boat, caravan or a jet ski. The townhouse is tastefully styled with a beach style theme as the main focus. There is an open plan living area which is tiled throughout which leads to a well equipped kitchen. Out the back you will find an undercover pergola with a bbq where you can relax on the sunchairs or let the kids play in the paved courtyard. There is an outdoor setting with seats for everyone to sit and enjoy a bbq meal at any time of the day. The rear yard if fully enclosed for the safety and security of all your family and friends.

The dining table is large enough to seat all guests, plus bar stools over the kitchen bench area. The lounge has brand new sofas, with sofa bed for two, enough space for all to sit and enjoy a netflix movie on the large flat screen tv, at the end of a long summers day out on the water.

Families and couples will Purely Whitesands, located in a beachside town where you can learn to surf, ride push bikes safely on the cycleway, picnics, BBQs, the patrolled surf beach with rolling waves and children's playground with flying fox right opposite.

Adventurous guests are catered for with a broad range of activities including quad bike riding, parasailing, game fishing, scuba diving, 4-wheel-driving plus jet-ski and boat hire. Nature lovers are in their element as Fingal Bay is completely immersed by the surrounding National Park with an abundance of bush walking tracks, native birds and flora as well as koalas, echidnas and kangaroos which you wont have to walk far from the property to see.

Barry Park, located at the south eastern end of Fingal Bay Beach, is a great vantage point for spotting humpback whales from Mid-May to Mid-November, there is a beach boat ramp to launch small vessels only and plenty of rocky ledges to cast a line.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort. 

Please note that all of our properties have working smoke detectors.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

Linen
This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or book the linen service. The property has pillows, blankets and quilts.

The linen service is $60 for King/Queen and $50 for Single. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Notes
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on this page. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
