Prue’s place was a homely and comfortable base for our short getaway to Daylesford. Has all of the modern amenities (Netflix, wifi, dishwasher) along with the thoughtful bottle of wine on arrival. Absolutely recommend Tara cottage to anyone after a home away from home, a stones throw from the Daylesford town centre. Thanks Prue!

Tara's Cottage is an absolute delight to stay at. Very close (walking distance) to the main street. Looking for a nice relaxing weekend away, Tara's cottage is the place to stay

My partner and I stayed in Tara cottage for 2 nights and we had the most perfect time. Such an amazing cottage for a couple, so close to the main strip of shops and the cottage has all amenities you would need. We will definitely be back - thank you Tara cottage and Prue for your hospitality.

Great spot for couples (and fur babies) which is a close walk to town. We had a lovely platter and enjoyed the gorgeous view and that bath is . Prue was very good with communication and the check in was seamless. Bed was super comfy. The dog enclosure is perfect for when my partner and I went to the pub for dinner however if you have a dog that likes to run about - the enclosure is only small and the full yard is not enclosed. No issue for us as we have a small pooch and he was just fine in there! Thanks Prue!

Prue's place is situated atop a hill with lovely view across the valley and town. Tara House is spacious and well suited to a couple or small family.
