If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

About The Home
This property is located close to the main street of Cowes and an easy walk to the beach.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
The central open plan kitchen/living/dining room (with TV, DVD & Xbox) leads out to the great covered deck.
Down some steps and you come to the three bedrooms (two with BIR) and the conveniently placed central bathroom (with shower over a bath) and separate toilet off the laundry.
The large covered sunny north facing deck (with 6 burner gas BBQ & 8 seater table) extends the open plan living space seamlessly to the outside and has distant views of trees tops and the bay across to the peninsula.
There is a purpose built carport (9m x 4m) perfect for parking a boat or caravan.
In the large adjoining shed there is a fuzball table (and there is a second fridge available in the shed and freezer space for bait etc.
) and the huge fully enclosed yard is perfect for children and pets alike.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Lavazza Mio coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
plus a double sink, fridge (plus a 2nd bait fridge in the shed), electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc.
you would expect to find in a home away from home.
The home has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the living room as well as a ceiling fan in the Master bedroom.
There are also four portable heaters for use where required.
The hom,e is configured to comfortably sleep up to 9 people:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed and One Single trundle bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of Single bunks
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.
The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.
Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.
The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
