3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cowes VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property can accommodate up to 7 people with 3 rooms and 4 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

COVID Cancellations/Changes

We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.

If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.
 

About The Home

This is an older style home in a fantastic location close to the beach and cafe's/restaurants and shops in central Cowes.

Some of the many features of this home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The kitchen/meals area opens into the main large living and dining room with water views, coonara wood heater and smart TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom (with BIR) has an en-suite (with shower and toilet) and the other two bedrooms (with BIR) are also accessible from the main living room (
Bedroom 3 also has a TV).

The main bathroom (bath with shower above it and a toilet) is accessed through the laundry off the kitchen/meals area.


Outdoor Areas

The large (6m x 3m) semi-covered rear viewing deck has beautiful water views.

The enclosed yard is perfect for children and pets (pets outside only) and features a private gate that opens just metres from the beach.

There is parking available in the large 2 car carport with space for 2 additional cars on the property.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Lavazzo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

plus a double sink, a large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc.

you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living room and the master bedroom and there are also wall mounted electric heaters in each of the two bathrooms.

There is also one portable heater and the coonara style wood heater in the main living/dining room.

Bedding Configuration

The home is set up to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One set of Tri Bunk beds Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
