About The Home
This property has been tastefully appointed with top quality bedding, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products plus 3 TVs, 2 DVD players and a CD player.
All weather conditions are catered for with a powerful, reverse-cycle split system air conditioner, and an electric oil-filled heater.
To top it off there is a large shady courtyard, complete with gas barbecue and outdoor setting for those beautiful summer afternoons and evenings.
Every effort has been made to provide you with a rewarding yet affordable holiday experience.
Bedding Configuration
The home is configured to sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8:
Bedroom 1: One queen size bed
Bedroom 2: One queen size bed
Bedroom 3: One tri-bunk and one trundle bed
Linen
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.
The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.
Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.
The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
