This property has unparalleled 270 degree rural and water views of Corinet Bay.

Indoor Areas

Downstairs is the Master bedroom, bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet, plus open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with coonara-style wood heater, large smart TV and a Chromecast) that leads out to the large deck.

Upstairs are two bedrooms (Bedroom 3 has a TV and a small BIR) and a second bathroom (with shower and toilet).


Outdoor Areas

The large covered deck with BBQ features the home's star attraction - a 6 seater spa with uninterrupted views of the rural landscape, Phillip Island, French Island and Westernport Bay.

The home is listed as pet friendly but please note that the front fence would probably allow small dogs to escape.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, a large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living room and the master bedroom.

There are also 3 stand-alone fans for use in the home.

There is also a coonara style wood heater available for guests to use.

Bedding Configuration

The home is set up to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One set of Tri Bunks and One Single bed Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times  are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
