This is a tri-level, air conditioned duplex with two living areas and plenty of space.
The bonus of having WIFI , Netflix and mulitple TVs makes Walk on Birubi very comfortable and accommodating for everyone.
Downstairs has an open plan tiled living and dining, there is also a complete fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge.
The property also features three bedrooms with the main having an open plan wall which gives you the feeling of space and not being enclosed between four walls and allows the natural sea breeze to flow through, there is also a ceiling fan and built in robe in the main bedroom.
The bathroom provides a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry has a washing machine with the dryer located in the garage, there is also a clothesline for all those beach towels.
The property provides water views from the sunny front balcony and offers outdoor dining on both front and back balconies, there is also a gas BBQ available.
The fully enclosed back yard is perfect for your beloved fur baby, loads of room for them to run around, they will love their stay here.
Having a double garage with internal access makes this property just perfect.

Was a great place to stay, close to the beach and local shops. It provided us with everything we needed!
We arrived to 4 huge holes under the fence that our small dog immediately got out of onto the road - dangerous!! We tried to fix it byt too bug. After telling the R/E they blamed us for them & wouldn’t fix or move us to a safe venue. We were bullied, stressed & traumatised all week trying to keep him safe! & yes of course as we left they again blamed us for the pee marks on the carpet, when the carpets are completely covered in pee on arrival. Venue is not safe & secure, what I paid for! 👎👎👎

We had a great stay at this comfortable property with our 3 teenage children and puppy. It worked very well with our dog with a secure yard and large undercover area. The beds were comfortable and the 2 living areas were ideal for our family. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the Cafe at Birubi Surf club. The kitchen was well equipped and having a 2nd fridge in the garage was a bonus. We loved it so much we've booked to come back another time later this year. Thanks very much:)
Absolutely beautiful location. Spacious and comfortable home view of the beach from the veranda. 2 minute walk to the beach. Was wonderful home to stay at.
