Architecturally designed 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Culburra Beach NSW. Your pet is welcome inside this property! Air conditioning will keep you cool or enjoy the game on the TV. This property can accommodate up to 14 people with 3 rooms and 11 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

This is a brand new holiday home only minutes from the beach, skate park/playground and local shops, this house makes for the perfect family holiday. Pet friendly, also means the entire family can go on holiday together and make great memories.

The home has been architecturally designed and built with 3 families in mind, enjoying a holiday together. The house has 2 loft style bedrooms which feature a downstairs section with queen bed and a ladder to This above with 3 single beds each (see photos). The main bedroom is upstairs with queen bed and two single beds and an ensuite. This area overlooks the downstairs living and can be curtained off for privacy and comfort.

On a family holiday, the last thing the parents want to hear is “I am bored”, so with having table football, Netflix, Dart board, Black board, Xbox, board games, life sized Jenga and more, all in a separate rumpus room, those words won’t be heard.

Rinse the sand off with the outdoor hot / cold shower, then settle in for a relaxing afternoon.

Everyone can stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning throughout and indoor fireplace, spread out across the comfortable couches, watch Netflix, or take a board game to the outdoor area for a battle of wits. Round everyone up in the backyard and cook up a storm on the BBQ and Pizza Oven and your furry friends can enjoy all of this with you.

Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; the shining sands and sparkling waves will always be close by, and you can explore the nearby Crookhaven Lighthouse Walking Track, or hop in the car and drive the short distance to local wineries, historical sites or just wander the local shops and restaurants. There’s so much to see and do, and however you spend your time in this beautiful vista, This will ensure all the memories you make are happy ones to last a lifetime.

Two bedrooms in this property have a ladder to access housing 3 single beds, not suitable for very young children.

This property has external security cameras located at the front of the house covering the driveway.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
Property is not fully fenced.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation .

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise the property manager in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
