This is it! 5-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Cape Woolamai VIC. This property can accommodate up to 11 people with 5 rooms and 12 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ or a walk along the beach. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

COVID Cancellations/Changes

We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons.

If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc.
 

About The Home

This is a modern, pet friendly (absolutely no cats please), 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2 huge living areas.

Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The ground floor features 2 large bedrooms, bathroom (with a shower over the bath, a toilet and the laundry facilities) and a huge living area (with wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 x ceiling fans, TV and coonara wood heater) with its own kitchenette (built in bar, sink and bar fridge), making the downstairs area self-contained for family and friends.

Upstairs features a spacious light filled kitchen with cathedral ceilings and is central to a huge open plan dining/living area (with wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 x ceiling fans and TV), leading out to the large veranda/deck designed for the BBQ and alfresco dining.

This level also has a further 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with shower and separate toilet).


Outdoor Areas

The large upstairs deck has a BBQ - great for entertaining.

The fully enclosed yard is perfect for children and pets alike (please no cats due to serious allergy issues).

There is a hot and cold outdoor shower as well as a swing set.

The double drive through garage allows plenty of parking for cars and boats alike.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, etc.

plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge (plus bar fridge downstairs), integrated dishwasher, large electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are 2 x wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners (1 in each living room), ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 4, a coonara wood heater in the downstairs living room, 3 pedestal fans and 5 mobile heaters for use in the bedrooms.

Bedroom Configuration

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One set of King Single bunks and one Single bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One set of King Single bunks and one Single trundle bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One set of Single bunks and one Single bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One Queen bed

There is also a divan/sofa bed in the downstairs living room suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
