Picturesque 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Surf Beach VIC. This property can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 rooms and 5 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. 

About the home

This is a delightful split level home in Surf Beach, close to the Surf Beach shops. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Access to the home is up the external stairs to the side & rear deck and the front door provides access into the mezzanine level. On this level you'll find the kitchen and open plan dining/living room (with 50' smart TV with chromecast & DVD player). Down 6 steps towards the front of the home, are the Master bedroom with 32' smart TV, walk-through robes and dual-entry en-suite (with bath, shower & toilet), bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR), a second separate toilet and a laundry with separate external access.

Outdoor Areas

The fully covered upstairs rear and side deck with table & chairs for 8 people and BBQ, provide a lovely area overlooking the rear yard and water views. There is also a huge fully covered entertaining area under the mezzanine level with seating for 10+ people, a table-top table tennis, a firepit in the rear yard and parking for at least 4 vehicles (cars/boats) on the long driveway with additional parking (if required) on the nature strip outside.


The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, electric cook top and oven.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The open plan kitchen/living room has a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioning unit and there is a second one in the corridor outside the bedrooms. There is also an additional stand-alone fan and three mobile heaters to be used where required, and electric blankets for the Queen and Double beds.

Bedroom Configuration:

"L'Aquitaine" has been set up to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One set of Tri-bunks (Single bed above a Double bed)
Bedroom 3: One set of Tri-bunks (Single bed above a Double bed)


A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise the property managerus if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
